One inbox for the whole team
Assign conversations, add notes and tags, and see who is replying. The 24-hour reply window is tracked for you, and templates are suggested when it closes.
Example conversation.
Pick a plan, sign in with Meta, and your number is live — with a shared inbox, automations and an API. Every technical step is handled for you.
Shops, clinics, agencies and kitchens already get their customers' questions on WhatsApp. Here is how they put those conversations to work.
Five steps, most of them one screen each. Meta may ask you to confirm your business or scan a QR code — we guide you through those, and do everything else.
Monthly or annual, cancel anytime. Prices are shown up front.
A 4-digit code, then a short form about your business.
Card payment through Paddle. We never see or store card numbers.
Sign in with Facebook in Meta's official window — keep the Business app or use a new number.
We configure everything. Your first customer message lands in the inbox.

Waiting for a customer message…
Simulated in your browser — the real thing runs on your WhatsApp number with the automations you build.
Assign conversations, add notes and tags, and see who is replying. The 24-hour reply window is tracked for you, and templates are suggested when it closes.
Example conversation.
Build replies step by step: keywords, business hours, tags, assignment and waits. When a teammate replies, automations step back.
Write a template with variables and we send it to Meta for review. Approvals and rejections update automatically.
Hello {{1}}, your order {{2}} is ready for collection.
Import a CSV with consent details. Opt-out keywords are honoured automatically — so you can't accidentally spam.
Volume, delivery and read rates, median first-reply time and automation runs — computed from your own history.
Scoped API keys, idempotent requests and HMAC-signed webhooks. Trigger an “order ready” message from your shop in one call.
Owners handle billing, admins run the workspace, agents answer customers and developers manage keys — nobody sees more than they need.
Each example is an automation you can build in minutes from a ready-made draft — then change the words, timing and who gets assigned.
Your till system calls the API when an order is ready
Example scenario — names, times and messages are illustrative.
Route conversations by team or round-robin, and see who is handling what.
Leave context for colleagues without the customer ever seeing it.
The moment someone replies, automations pause so customers are never answered twice.
Our subscription and Meta's WhatsApp messaging fees are always shown separately. There is no “unlimited WhatsApp” — messages Meta charges for are priced from Meta's official, versioned rate card.

No. You sign in with your Facebook account in Meta's official window and choose your business and number. We create the connection, store the credentials encrypted, subscribe to message events and sync your templates. You only see plain-language progress.
Where Meta supports it for your number, yes: choose “Keep using my WhatsApp Business app” and scan the QR code Meta shows. Messages then appear both on your phone and in the shared inbox. You can also connect a new number that is used only through this platform.
Meta charges per delivered message for some message types, depending on the category (marketing, utility, authentication) and the recipient's country. Replies to customers within the 24-hour customer service window are generally free. Those fees are billed by Meta to the payment method on your WhatsApp account, separately from our subscription. Our estimator uses Meta's published rate card — we never guess prices.
Yes. We use Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and Embedded Signup only — no unofficial libraries or browser automation. Meta's commerce and messaging policies still apply to your account.
When a customer sends STOP (or any keyword you choose), they're marked as opted out and automations and marketing templates skip them automatically. They can opt back in by sending START.
On Business and Scale plans, create scoped API keys, send messages, manage contacts and trigger automations from your own systems, and receive signed webhooks when messages arrive or change status.
Anytime, from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your conversations and contacts are kept.
